Optimized-LineageOS-15.0-Alpha OREO for S4

Thanks to LineageOS and all LineageOS Devs.
This is the new Optimized LineageOS-15.0-Alpha built for the Samsung Galaxy S4.
First you must have a rooted device...hint use KingRoot, and then you must have a custom Recovery Made for Android 8.0 Oreo...hint use TWRP = team win recovery project.
And they said it couldn't be done.
