Thanks to Team Resurrection Remix, and all Resurrection Contributers.
This is my Build of the newest Resurrection Remix OS custom ROM v.5.8.4 with Android version 7.1.2_r24 made specifically for Performance on the SGH-I337Z Samsung Galaxy S4's with AT&T/Cricket 4G LTE. If you look in the device settings/about/phone you can see it's my Kernel compiled on my Custom Dell OPTIPLEX 330 PC.

Always make a back-up first! You know how, use TWRP, make a back-up, or a nano back-up with TWRP the custom recovery we use to wipe the device, and flash roms.
So how do we do that you ask? Get KingRoot first from the web, root the device with KingRoot. Then go to Google Play Store and download TWRP Manager Rooted, use TWRP Manager Rooted to install the custom recovery TWRP because we need it to first make back-ups, Advise to have fully charged battery, then to wipe the data, and then to advanced wipe to wipe most sections there except sd card....ATTENTION!!!!!!!! DO NOT WIPE THE SD CARD ..... after we correctly wiped the data, and the advanced data sections we wanted to wipe clean, then we go to install, and to the folder location of you're downloads, like mine it external....sd card. You just tell TWRP by making the selections. Then pick the ROM that you have downloaded, flash it with TWRP. You also use the TWRP to flash the google apps for this rom provided below with the ROMS downloads. I also provided the new version of KingRoot below. First of all thank you so much for this ROM. It's working great and smooth. My only problem is the ROM is not pre-rooted. After using hte ROM for few days I tried rooting with King Root but it fails to Root. Any suggestions?

Thanks back at you lubbockdude for trying my work, and you are welcome. I'm glad to hear that it's working great for you, and running smooth too. This Resurrection Remix ROM just happens to come with Magisk Manager for all ROOTING NEEDS. It will take care of the ROOTING for you automatically. When you first installed the ROM you should see a message about installing su, and you first MUST SELECT= NO. So if you see any messages about ROOTING or SU select NO at first boot up after installing the ROM. Then do these steps for the Magisk Manager has a new update for fixes, and New Safety Check Success stuff OK. I just double checked it out, and it is 100% verified working. Follow my lead ok...the Magisk Manager app that comes within my RR ROM... Open Maisk Manager App first please, then tell the system to allow it. Then after it opens go straight to Download button towards the bottom, click it, download the Magisk-v13.3.zip update please. Because of the needed update for Magisk Manager to pass the new Security Check steps OK. So make sure that you select the download button on the Magisk Manager app, download the needed files, it  then downloads to the Internal Storage into the Magisk Manager Folder OK. So then you just reboot the device into recovery, install the update....remember it's location is in the internal storage, in the Magisk Manager Folder, so you select Install on the TWRP, install that update, then reboot the device, you should again see that message about: Do you want to install su: MAKE 100% THAT YOU SELECT NO again. Then re-open Magisk Manager again, to see the it has updated to = Latest Magisk Version v13.3 at top. Then run the Safety Check, to see it show success. All Good to go if you get that message OK. Then I want you to go to settings/About Phone/Build number....click it really fast 7 times to enable the developer settings, you should see a message saying that you have enabled dev settings yes. Then you can turn on the Android debugging, and debugging notification for when connecting the device to a PC with USB. Oh by the way if you haven't noticed it yet, if you go to the settings again, and look right above the About Phone section....see the Magisk manager in the list right above the About phone...now it shows Root Management...click it ha see what it shows in there.....not just the Latest Magisk Version v13.3 , it shows 13.3 MAGISKSU ....Yes Sir or sure does. looks like we all win with this ROM. I have been a hard core Android rooter for like 7 years, so I know how to do everything you said (live dev settings, debugging, SU apps, etc.) but I have just never used Magisk so I was unaware it was capable of rooting the device! Nonetheless, like I said your instructions are great for anyone else who may not know, so THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! I will definitely try Magisk for rooting/SU admin in the future so thanks for the tip.
